The main benefit to having a separate carpet cleaning contract is to have certified, knowledgeable, carpet cleaning personnel perform the work. A certified carpet technician can solve spotting and other technical problems that the average janitorial person cannot. Well intentioned janitorial staff can treat minor spotting problems on occasion. If someone that is not fully trained tries to solve a carpet staining problem, the problem sometimes becomes worse. First, we can put you on a regular schedule so that the areas that get the dirtiest are cleaned more often, perhaps monthly. Other areas that get low traffic can be cleaned semi-annually or annually.
