The cleaning process is composed of many things. Management on-site, management off-site, motivated employees, equipment and supplies, processes and procedures, communication, follow-up with the customer, logistics...all contribute to a successful and lasting relationship between customer and contractor.

After twenty-nine years, we believe that we are doing these things right! Our cleaning process has been developed using Red Carpet Janitorial's "Best Practice" systems.

Management On-Site -

The most important component of any successful relationship between customer and contractor in the janitorial industry is the person that manages the account on a daily basis. Without a well-trained and motivated manager at the location, everything else fails. If possible, we will promote someone within our organization, but if the right person is not available, we will expend the necessary effort to audition and train someone new.

Cleaning Specifications -

The cleaning specifications will be followed as a general guideline to cleaning your facility. In order to best serve you, we may have to waiver from them from time to time. For example, floor work specifications or other project work may need to be done more often in one area and less often in another. Specifications are used to develop our forecasted budget for your account, and then used to develop our quoted price to you. After many years of estimating the cost to perform to the level of a customer's expectations, we realize that this is not a perfect science. Adjustments based on details and changing customer needs require us to be flexible. After all is said and done, customer perception is the measure of performance, and customer expectation is the specification.

Consumable Supplies -

Since Red Carpet is not in the supply distribution business, and have no desire to be, we have decided to pass along some of the pricing advantages that are afforded us due to our size. In addition to better pricing this should afford you, we feel this can be a large benefit to our customers as they will no longer have any duties to perform regarding supplies. This means no more ordering of supplies, no more supply sales people, no more billing problems, etc. Red Carpet, along with our suppliers, will take care of it!

Communications -

We feel that communications between ourselves and our clients is very important in providing a high-quality service on a consistent basis. To make things easier and less complicated, we supply every account with a daily logbook. Our account supervisors are trained to sign off on this logbook every night. This in no way takes the place of daily contact with the customer, but it does leave a written account of any cleaning problems or maintenance problems that may occur on a day-to-day basis.
